April 2002: ICS has been appointed by T-Mobile Deutschland (T-MD) to conduct a feasibility study on the potential outsourcing of their Testing and Quality Assurance group in Deutschland. As part of the study ICS will provide outsourcing options and implementation plans for T-MD structured around people, process and technology .
