December 2002: ICS has been appointed by mm0 2 Germany to define and implement a Functional Point Analysis (FPA) programme within the IS/IT organisation. FPA provides tools and methods for estimation of software development. The programme will assess the current mode of software estimation within the organisation, and implement FPA processes and tools to improve current estimation.
