T-Systems (Germany) and ICS form international alliance

January 2002: T-Systems, subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, have forged an alliance with ICS for the two companies to undertake international systems integration business outside of Germany. The initial target market will be the international subsidiaries of the Telekom Group in Europe and in the USA. In addition, a secondary market will be non-competing Telecommunications companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
