mmO 2 European Groupwide - IS/IT Cost Management

May 2002: ICS has been appointed by the executive board of mmo 2 to provide a cost analysis on their spend on IS/IT programmes across the group. ICS is to review the spend and provide recommendations to the board on where possible cost cutting can be achieved. On acceptance of the recommendations ICS is to provide management support in implementing the initiatives.
