T-Mobile Deutschland

November 2002: ICS has been appointed by T-Mobile Deutschland (T-MD) to define and implement a metrics programme within the IS/IT organization in Germany. The programme will define key metrics and processes within the organisation within all the relevant functional areas. The programme will initially be developed for Germany with a view to implementing it on an International group wide basis once successfully implemented.
