October 2002: ICS has been appointed by the executive of IP World to develop a Corporate Information Memorandum for the purposes of raising future funds. The memorandum will assess the current capability of IP World and position the company in the ever increasing global communications market. The memorandum once developed will be utilized to provide information to current and potential investors in IP World.
