January 2003: ICS has been appointed by the mm0 2 group to conduct due diligence on one of its subsidiaries to assess the current assets and value. The Due Diligence is to concentrate on the current IS/IT assets of the subsidiary and provide recommendations on which can be merged with other group wide IS/IT assets, which can be outsourced to third parties and which can be sold to realize immediate value.
