The Project Manager is responsible for the management of Operations projects, either internal or external, typically involving the testing and implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs. He/she is also responsible for acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills to meet project objectives, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
