The Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting projects, either internal or external, typically involving the investigation of operational requirements and problems, recommending effective business solutions through improvements in information systems, data management, processes/procedures, organisation and equipment.

He/she may also be required to define requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems, and the creation of viable specifications in preparation for the construction of information systems.
From time to time, he/she will be required to fulfil a sales support role assisting Business Development to secure new contracts.
