ICS prides itself on being a meritocracy. While there is a defined management structure, there is not a rigid hierarchy. The open structure of our organisation enables our staff to have an impact and make a contribution irrespective of their level. Although we are dedicated to absolute professionalism, this is balanced by a relatively relaxed and flexible style which allows each individual the freedom to express him/herself.

Whom do we hire?

We recruit people purely on their potential and we welcome applications from a broad range of disciplines. Ideally you will be a graduate with a minimum of two years’ experience in IT, but more importantly, you will possess high levels of drive and integrity and have excellent communications skills. In addition, we look for people with a real sense of enthusiasm, the ability to take the initiative and willingness to take ownership.
