Whom do we hire?

We recruit people purely on their potential and we welcome applications from a broad range of disciplines. Ideally you will be a graduate with a minimum of two years’ experience in IT, but more importantly, you will possess high levels of drive and integrity and have excellent communications skills. In addition, we look for people with a real sense of enthusiasm, the ability to take the initiative and willingness to take ownership.
