Development and Training

We believe that our major strength lies in the talent and skills possessed by our employees and we therefore place considerable importance on their development. We operate a staff appraisal scheme twice-yearly designed to analyse each individual’s strengths and then agree objectives and development plans that will make the most of these strengths, including any required training. Training takes the form of on-the-job learning, job rotation, courses in business, technical and interpersonal skills and computer-based training.
