ICS operates in global markets, which means that the majority of consultant projects we undertake are in Europe or, increasingly, even further afield. It is essential, therefore, that candidates are prepared to be mobile and to be based in Europe on a long-term basis if required. Increasingly, our professionals spend time in different regions to enhance their development. For some, this may mean a secondment to a client team to learn the technical aspects of their job or it may be the opportunity to work further afield in one of our regional offices.
