| Klaus is a graduate with a
Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nurnberg,
Germany. Klaus has extensive experience in Business Strategy, Mergers
and Acquisitions, Commercial Management and Outsourcing within the
global telecommunications sector. He has worked for the Deutsche Telekom
Group (DTAG) for most of his professional career starting with R&D
in Semi Conductors finishing up as Executive VP, for Strategic Transactions/M&A
for T-Systems International GmbH. He was instrumental in identifying
and implementing the acquisition of Debis Systemhaus to form T-Systems
within the DTAG group. As Managing Partner, he looks after the global
Consultancy practice as well as the management for key partners and
clients for ICS. Klaus’ interests include climbing, traveling
and reading.
